How's that for a blog title? We've been running to and fro the last week and we're very glad it's almost the weekend!
Today is the last day in Rome! Our church is having a VBS this week and the theme has been Paul and the Underground Church. Here are the girls with their family leaders, Mr. Bill and Miss Teresa...The finale is tonight and the 50+ kids are all singing for Father's Day on Sunday so I'll hopefully have some video too.

My sister and I decided to band together and have a garage sale. We started last Friday and Saturday and tried again today to get rid of more things. It was interesting trying to have a sale with all of our children but the lemonade stand was fun!

Maddie and Ellie are both in swimming lessons. They are at 8am, M-F for two consecutive weeks. After finishing their first week, they have much more confidence and have practiced floating, jumping in and kicking. I'm planning on taking my camera next week to the lessons.

I'm on day 12 of the 30-day shred. It caught my attention through several "mommy blogs" so I decided to try it. First of all, those blogs were right when they said it's super hard! Those first few days on Level 1 were quite challenging. I've since moved on to Level 2, more out of my constant "let's try something new" mentality than really needing more of a challenge! The workout is a set of 3 circuits: 3 min strength, 2 min cardio and 1 min abs...it doesn't sound very difficult but after 26 minutes or so, it is hard!
And just for fun, here's our sweet Madelyn at the latest church softball game...taken by my dad...
