last day of April

I love spring! The girls and I have been enjoying early morning daily walks to the park and I love the warm sunshine and brisk air. I could so live somewhere that is springlike all the time...oh, wait, I did live somewhere like that...why did we move again? I guess you appreciate the warm weather because of the long Colorado winters.

We made May day baskets to deliver tomorrow and sugar cookies to put inside...it's amazing how well behaved and happy children are when we have a "project" to work on!


My great "green" idea for the week...May day baskets out of blackberry containers - add a little decoration, lots of stickers, attach a handle and fill with "grass" and sugar cookies for your friends!
