six weeks old

Charlotte was six weeks old on Sunday! We are loving our chunky baby so much. She has filled out waaay more than either of the other girls. We had a doctor's appointment yesterday so here are all the stats. Charlotte is 11lb 3oz (75%), 22 inches (60%) and has a head circumfrence of 39.5cm (75%). Ella only weighs 22.5lbs (<5%), but is 34in tall (50%). Maddie didn't officially have an appointment but we weighed her anyway for fun and she weighs 38.5lb.

Our little sweetie is now on a more routine schedule, eating every three hours during the day and sleeping at least 5-6 hours at night. She started smiling back at us right around 4 weeks old and already coos and almost laughs sometimes. She has started finding her fingers more and I have a feeling we might have another thumb-sucker soon. The girls love holding her and helping to change her.

We bought a house last month and are in the process of packing boxes to move next week. It's a small 3bdrm, 2bath with an unfinished basement. We're excited to end apartment living!
