Ellie will be 17 months on the first of the month. She's finally getting close (if not already) to 20lb thanks to now having a great appetite. She loves raw carrots and broccoli and any kind of pasta. She's talking more and more these days although I think Maddie and I are the only ones who always understand her. She loves any kind of animal and enjoys watching the squirrels out our front window. We even saw a fox run by this morning!
Maddie is still talking a mile a minute and loves to chat about anything with anybody. She's a typical bossy firstborn with only an unwilling sister to push around! We've been working on not whining and playing kindly with each other lately. She loves learning about things. We are trying to get back into doing some school or projects each day. She knows all the alphabet sounds and knows which letters are vowels. We practice blending the sounds and saying words but she still doesn't get it completely. :) She's quite the little mommy to her little doll baby, taking it out with us, pushing her around in the stroller and feeding her food.

Wow. I feel like Ellie's face looks so different already! Her cheeks look a tad bit chubbier...its probably the additional weight that she's gained. Well, anyway, I just wanted to say Praise the Lord & congratulations on Troy's new job. Please update us on any new prayer requests that you might have.

Congrats on Troy's new job! I'm sure that is a big answer to prayers! The girls are looking as cute as ever. We are busy busy preparing for our move to Shaw here in just a few weeks. Selling one house and moving to another all within a month! Will continue checking in!
