Troy had his Christmas office party this week. It's the one time of the year that they open up the "vault" and let family in to see. It was fun to finally see where he is all day and meet some of the people he works with. Last night our apartment complex had a gathering - we ate cookies and won a couple prizes.
Today is Troy's last day of work for the week because of Christmas and we're very excited to have him home. We're planning on having our own Christmas celebration tomorrow - opening presents that we've recieved in the mail and admiring our tree before we take it down. Maddie and I made cookies today and they came out very yummy. Tomorrow we're planning on making some fudge to take with us to Spokane! Maddie is very excited to see her Nana and Grampa and already has her suitcase out although we've held her off on packing. :)
Ellie is finally getting a little better. I just realized that her molars on the bottom are coming in...probably explains a little of the wakeful nights and runny nose. Maybe should have checked out that possibility a few days ago! :)
