And that's what Maddie does all day...just talks! She is an eager phone conversationalist (call anytime) and will ask all sorts of questions to friends she meets at the playground. Ellie is starting to babble too. Maybe it'll work out that they can just talk to each other! :) Naptime is the quiet time in our house and it's not going away any time soon...this home needs it's rest and quiet. Actually Mother's brain is really what needs rest and quiet!
Can you believe Ellie will be a year old in less than 2 months? I'm truly shocked at how fast her first year has been. She's still such a little baby and a true sweetie.
This week has been spent just busying ourselves at home, doing little projects here and there. Maddie planted some seeds a few days ago and after purchasing a spray bottle, is learning responsibility to water the plants!
Ha, I can TOTALLY feel for you with the talking all the time thing. The doc said he was floored by how well and how much Nichole spoke today when we went in for well baby check ups! It's crazy how much they pick up. I can't believe how big Ellie is getting either! So cute... and yea, it's hard to believe how fast the year went by, but even harder to say I have a THREE year old in just a few days! And then you'll be right behind us there too:) Will keep checking in, love to see what ya'll are up to!
